Ingredients:
1 can chopped clams
1/2 cup diced bacon
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 cup of water
Saute bacon with butter. Then add in onions and celery.
Add clams, potatoes, and water next.
Mix flour with milk until the mixture is not lumpy.
Slowly pour in flour and milk mixture and let it simmer until potatoes are tender.
Be sure to stir from time to time so ingredients do not stick to the bottom.
Stir in parsley when ready to serve.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
